Change – Return
Have you received your order and were not satisfied? Do you want to exchange with another size or another code?
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
Also refunds will always be made in the same way where the payment was made.
Exchange with another size / color or code
First, contact us in whatever way works best for you (by phone, by e-mail, by message on our Social media accounts, through the contact form in the e-shop) to inform us of your request and indicate to us the product you want to exchange and the new product you would like to receive in its place. The new product must be of equal or greater value than the one you wish to exchange. Communication with us must have taken place within 14 days from the day you received your order.
The new product is sent to your place by courier. The change is carried out with the DELIVERY – RECEIVING process, that is, when you receive the new product, you hand over the previous one to the courier. The cost of the service for each change is 5 euros and is paid to the courier who will serve you.
If you do not wish to replace the product with another code from our collection, you can request a refund. Similarly, you contact us in whatever way suits you best (by phone, by e-mail, by message on our Social media accounts, through the contact form in the e-shop) to inform us of your request. Communication with us must have taken place within 14 days from the day you received your order.
You package and mail the product to us with any courier company you wish and cover the return fee (shipper’s fee). The return address is our company headquarters (14 Iasonidou Ave., Elliniko, Athens. PO Box 167 77).
Timings and Procedures for Returns.
After the company receives the returned products and checks that they meet all the conditions mentioned above, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Regardless of the payment method you used (Credit or Debit Card, Cash on Delivery), the refund process will begin within 30 days from when the company was informed of your decision to exercise the right to return the purchased products and after the company check whether their return was carried out in accordance with the above conditions.
The time period for the refund of the amount you paid for the purchase of the returned products depends on the payment method you used:
– purchase via Credit/Debit Card: the refund time will depend on the policies of the card issuing company.
In the case of gifts, the refund of the amounts paid for purchases will be made to the person who made the payment.
The refund is only for the value of the product being returned (not any shipping costs).
Changes and returns cannot be made in the following cases:
· If the product is not in its original condition (open / torn manufacturer’s packaging).
· If the piece is an item of personal hygiene (glasses, plates and the like).
· If the piece at the time of the order was at a preferential Sales price.
· We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will know about your return.
- Helium balloons should be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. There is no right of return if no problem is found upon receipt.
